2013 Nebbiolo Vietti Bottler

Stamping a dandelion puff on the front label causes attention. At first glance, this etching was a surprise. But then, it frustrated me, because I do not like dandelions! Those darn weeds ruin green lawns, and it is expensive to weeds/dandelions from growing in landscapes. Second, is its contents real or dandelion wine? For anyone wanting to make Dandelion wine, here is the receipt: • 2 qts dandelion flowers • 1 11.5 oz can of Welch's 100% White Grape frozen concentrate • 6-3/4 pts water • 2-1/2 lbs granulated sugar • 2 lemons • 1 orange • 1 tsp yeast nutrient • Champagne wine yeast and Mix. Let sit for six months… after that, you decide. Doesn’t the label’s puff dandelion head send signals? The history of this wine region in Italy implies quality. However, in sipping it, the red wine wasn’t that great. None-the-less, it is a notch above dandelion wine…. This Nebbiolo is just wrong.
