2018 Chablis Vincent Mothe Vineyard

For sweet wine drinkers, here’s French white wine to enjoy. The grapes were grown in the Chablis region, Burgundy, France. The winemaker, Vincent Mothe, specializes in Chablis. His 2018 was fermented and aged in steel.

Taste=1: The nose is ripe pear; the first taste is pear. Deep in, there is golden delicious apple, a hint of limit, and the clean finish of honey.

Looks=2: The pour shows as a light-yellow straw, but skinny legs. Bottle & label work together. The stopper is a composition cork.

Cost=2: In my opinion, this bottle of Chablis was a bit overpriced
