2010 Grenache Griffin Creek

Here’s a lighter red, Grenache. Maybe readers will get venturous with another red varietal, Grenache. This 2010 Grenache is darn good, and what’s inside the bottle is truly sneaky. A single glass is never enough. On the first pour, there are fine legs standing on a hearty red body. Continue tasting, discover the berry- raspberry with a very smooth finish. The slight sweetness, berry and low tannin make you reach for the bottle again…and be quick if you have company! Griffin Creek puts a real, genuine cork inside its bottle. And it will store well. If you want some, you’ll have to order direct. Guests will enjoy this cute redhead, or chill a bottle for yourself- and chill out. It is good to store and keep. This Grenache is good any time. Rating: 92
