2016 Sauvignon Blanc Horse Hills Vineyard/ Chateau St. Michelle

Here’s a good Washington state Sauvignon Blanc, and comes with a genuine cork. Because St. Michelle produces so much wine from its thousands of acres, there is no shortage. So, grab a bottle from your local spirit’s shop, place it in a cooler to chill, then open, pour and drink. This 2016 is heavy pear, making it a fun summer’s wine. The color is bright and clear. Its nose is fruit/ pear. The first taste is pear. Later, you’ll find grapefruit as well as mineral, finishing semi-sweet. rating: 86
