2017 Tuscan red blend Dell Ornellaia Estates

Definitely; this red blend needs a food pairing. The wine is well rounded and versatile enough to serve with red meats and even roasted chicken. Pour it into glasses while enjoying Italian pasta: Tagliatelle alla Bolognese, Tajarin al Tartufo, Agnolotti del Plin a well as many others.

History from Dell Orellaia estate vineyards leads to high expectations. The blend includes predominantly Merlot, followed by Cabernet Sauvignon, and topped off with Sangiovese. It has a full ruby red color and full legs. It rises floral to the nose. Tasting will uncover spices beside dark fruit. The finish is an oaky tannin, which lingers on the pallet.
